1. APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE FROM MINIMUM FRONTAGE REQUIREMENT

Mr. Eric Stacy is requesting a variance from Section 305.3 of the Hancock County Subdivision Regulations stating that the minimum lot frontage of a large lot is 275 feet. Mr. Stacy wishes to split a 21.967-acre property into two parcels. The southern 3.96-acre piece is located in Marion Township, with the remainder 18.007-acres in Cass Township. If the Marion Township parcel is created, the remainder in Cass Township would only have roughly 80 feet of frontage onto Twonship Road 212.
