ITEMS ON THE AGENDA INCLUDE:

 1.      Variance Request filed by Barry Hammer for a new access onto County Road 330 for a property located between CR 7 and TR 209.  The proposed location of the driveway would be 158 feet from access located at 8727 CR 330.  Access Management Regulations state that as a Major Thoroughfare, there needs to be no less than 495 feet separation.
